We haven’t said anything about the “lost pants” (ex) judge because the facts of the case pretty much say it all. A jumped-up public *coff* “servant” used his self-endowed sense of entitlement to abuse the system in pursuit of an apparent personal grudge. His ludicrous lawsuit was properly dismissed, by a judge who actually understands his own function and purpose, and the world moved on.
Only now Mister Favorite-Pair-Of-Pants is suing again…his former employer, this time, to get his job back. Oh, yes, and $1mil in damages.
In a response to a Freedom of Information Act request from The Associated Press, the city’s general counsel wrote that Pearson’s term as an administrative law judge expired in May 2007, and the D.C. Commission on Selection and Tenure of Administrative Law Judges voted not to reappoint him.
Translation: Roy, you’re an embarrassing bastard, and we’re frankly quite ashamed to have ever had you on the bench. Ta.
Now, if someone would only hit Pearson himself with the clue bat, and explain to him that the world owes him neither Jacques nor scheisse.
