My backordered grips finally arrived today, and after about 15 minutes with a dremel tool, fit perfectly:

I had pink wood covers when I was 17 (golf clubs for you prurient barstids), eventually decided that was just a wee bit too cutesy. Never looked back. Pink is the purview of our 8 year old daughter these days.

Like I said: Color me disappointed.

I’m fond of the shiny nickel finish myself. It’s easier to clean fingerprints off that mirror surface.

8 year-old daughter, eh? My youngest granddaughter is 10. She’s a sweetie, too.

FWIW, we’re headed to Vegas in the AM. Anything we can get for you? 20 bucks on red?

Ooooh. Pretty. Think I still prefer my sister’s Ladysmith, tho. (And I, too like pretty, although not pink, things.)
